Overview
Kia ora!
Wallflower Productions is returning to The New Zealand Fringe Festival with our newest show "Sing Me the Sweetest Songs."
“Sing Me the Sweetest Songs” is a coming of age queer dramedy, centring the relationships of five friends as they reunite at their final summer camp before finishing school. It is a tale of self-discovery, desire, and “girlhood.” In the backdrop of a Christian summer camp in rural Aotearoa, our friends navigate what it means to grow up queer, (especially when this conflicts with their religion) and just how scary getting older is.
Your koha will go directly to supporting local Pōneke theatre makers and artists - share the word with your friends and whānau and let's get this mahi to BATS Theatre!
You can see "Sing Me the Sweetest Songs" at BATS Theatre in The Dome Stage, from the 4th-8th of March at 7:00pm.
