The financial year that was. 52 weeks of mahi. 18 new artists awarded. Millions raised and spent directly on the arts in Aotearoa. Conversations fuelled through a new media partnership, and radical generosity growing daily with our Kotahi collective.
Highlights include:
- 8 new Arts Foundation Laureates awarded (22/23 cycle)
- 3 Arts Foundation Icons added to the living circle of 20
- $1.3M raised for artists on Boosted
- 1 national media partnership with Stuff
- Over $2M direct expenditure on the arts for the second year in a row
- 204 Kotahi members and counting
- 7 new duos of Springboard mentorship packages - celebrating 3 years of the programme
- 14% annual increase in Kotahi & general fundraising
- 1M people reached through our digital version of All in For Arts
- 82% of our revenue went directly to the arts
- 2 new co-chairs announced, Chelsea Winstanley and Kent Gardner
