The AUT Performing Arts club’s first ever production ‘The Multiversity’ is a quirky parody of your favourite universes exploring the true meaning of friendship and family.

About The Multiversity

A land of musicals? A wizarding school? A theme park run by a mouse? Join two university friends as they fight, tumble and dance their way through a fractured multiverse, all while trying to save the world.

This show is written, directed and starred in exclusively by over 20 Auckland students and young adults. The collaborative process is a year in the making, and show dates are set for May 20-22 this year!

Help our cast live out their big stage dreams!

Our team is working tirelessly to make this dream a reality, a dream that found us a sanctuary in the universe we created together through the tough times of 2021.

Many of our cast and crew have found a new love for the arts through this production, and we would love to help each and every one of them realise the beauty of being on stage. Let’s show them how amazing they are!

With a cast of 16 playing over 30 characters in this action packed one act play, production costs are no small feat! This is why we need your help. Your generous support will go towards:

venue and tech hire
promotions
costuming and props
audio visual equipment

Our three show season will cost at least $7000. Generous grants from AUT’s Student Association, and our own 8 months of fundraising mean we’re halfway there - but we cannot do this without your help! Reaching our campaign target is crucial.
