The Feast

The Feast is a 12-minute horror short film that centers around siblings Lucy and Sam as they visit their estranged mother Carla on her 50th birthday.

As they try to repair damaged family bonds, Lucy and Sam are unexpectedly launched into chaos and mayhem as they bear witness to their mother's abrupt mental decline, and as her inner demons come to manifest themselves in dark and sinister ways.

Guard Dog films are a team of nine emerging, young filmmakers based in the Wellington Region. With your help, we are looking to fundraise money to pay for our actors, to cover location fees, food for our crew as well as decorations and props for our set.

The Feast will also be made in conjunction with Massey University.
