Simple Truth Theatre 2018

The last two years have been a rollercoaster. With your help we have put on 3 devised shows, assisted in producing 3 others, spent months travelling and performing Bare around the country, ran multiple workshops, seminars and classes all over the North Island. Now we are gearing up for our biggest year yet.

2018 will be an ambitious one. We are embarking on a New Zealand schools tour (including crossing the Strait), developing a devised work into a short film, writing a new devised work, scripting a new webseries, running more workshops, growing our team, producing new theatre projects and even revisiting some past projects to breathe a second life into them!

We just need your help to get us started. We need to make deposits and down payments to secure venues and scripts for next year, so help us get ahead of the game! We only need $2000 to help us lock in all the venues and scripts we are wanting for all of next year!

Simple Truth Theatre's main focus is hiring young graduates to deliver high quality theatre to youth. We are also extremely passionate about using theatre as a medium to make a difference in New Zealand. Every project we embark on has this focus as a starting point.
