PAPERCITY Music Video

Hailing from small town Nelson, New Zealand, PAPERCITY is a hard edged pop trio. Our team at videobuzz want to create a short film to showcase our filmmaking and the bands upcoming music.

Both the film and music industry have been hit hard recently, so we want to team up with some of our favourite people to make a music video / short film with a purpose.

We want to make a short film that will go overseas for us.

In the absence of being able to tour internationally or film overseas during Covid, we know that this film will allow us to share out music internationally, even if we can't be there physically. 

Our team are behind some of New Zealand's most creative music videos, Alien Weaponry’s ‘Kai Tangata’ won Best Music Video at the Māori Music Awards and has over 13 Million views worldwide. Other nominations include Best New Director at the London International Film Festival and Best Music Video at Show Me Shorts.

With your help, we will raise the budget needed to create a sci-fi epic short film that will showcase some of New Zealand's best up and coming creatives and some of the incredible locations we have to offer.
