Night Night

After three nights of filming, Night Night has wrapped production (aside from a handful of establishing and insert shots). Night 3 was a crunch due to loosing an hour because of daylight saving making the evening lighter for longer, however we managed to pull it off before our cutoff of 10pm.

We are very happy with what we have shot and it's looking like it's going to be a decent film and lots of fun to edit.

For the past few weeks the post-production has been underway, now as it comes to an end and the release draws closer I have put together a short trailer. Enjoy :)

After 6 weeks of pre-production, 3 nights of production and 5 (ish) weeks of post-production. Night Night has finally been released onto my YouTube channel for everybody to watch!

After your initial viewing, I very much suggest that you watch it at least one more time. No, I'm not just trying to get you to watch it more. There are secrets hidden around that you might not have picked up the first time, however they are much easier to spot after you know what's going on.

So what else is going to happen with this film?

Well, I have already submitted it to the New Zealand Youth Film Festival. Super exciting as this is the first time submitting a film to a festival/competition that isn't the 48hours film challenge. As for what else, I will continue to submit it to other competitions that come up during 2023 and see where it can go!
