WHAT IS 'NIGHT LIGHTS'?

'Night Lights' is a 3-minute 3D animated short film about a young girl named Stella who strives to inspire her cities mayor into sharing the stars with her light polluted city. 'Night Lights' aims to be a light hearted refreshing watch to bring the viewer back to childlike wonder. It tells a story of perseverance, and the difference you can make when you stand up and strive for what you believe in. This film uses no english words or language to get the story across so it can be understood and appreciated by everyone around the globe.

WHAT ARE WE FUNDRAISING FOR?

We created 'Night Lights' through the COCA Creative Media Production course at Massey University as our final graduate project. We aim to fundraise to submit into film festivals locally and internationally covering the costs for entry-fees and the-like across 2022 (ie: Student Academy Awards, Showmeshorts, Pictoplasma, & SIGGRAPH... These are only a few of the festivals we want to submit too!)
