'Moment of Release - Robert Webb and the albatross' bronze public sculpture

While this statue is of Robert Webb, his wife Robyn deserves equal acknowledgement. Her 30 plus years of volunteering at the Bird Recovery Centre has been done quietly and away from the public spotlight.

A statement will appear on the statue's plaque recognising Robyn's decades of dedication and hard work behind the scenes at the Whangarei Native Bird Recovery Centre.
