The Project
What is Loverinth?
Loverinth is a thrilling 10-12 minute short film about Nim and Jason, as they venture through a colourful labyrinth. At a crossroads in their relationship this physical manifestation of their relationship explores the limits of how far we can push boundaries until the consequences are irreversible.
Themes:
Loverinth is a character study film about dealing with issues surrounding gender dynamics, insecurities and unhealthy traits in a relationship that might not be noticeable at first.
We want this film to feel magical, fantastical and surreal, encouraging audiences to suspend their disbelief as we guide them through a world that feels just a little off. We want to achieve this through the use of colour and lighting in mystifying rooms, the cinematography in this piece is vital.
We need your help to make this film a reality and the best it can be!
