Please be a part of setting up an exciting pop up venue on the site of the future Performing Arts Precinct in Christchurch. We've got over 400 performers mostly from ?tautahi, and also coming from abroad, ready to do their thing - putting on 75 shows and events over 45 days.

Food trucks and the Three Boys bar are also, of course, at the ready to build a funky village outside. It'll be an incredible hub of performing arts activity, the sort of venue artists and festivals have been waiting for, and it will just be a great place to come and hang out and soak in the atmosphere that happens when we pull all these different performing artists together.

We need to raise about $60,000 to get this off the ground. Thanks to generous sponsors such as the Christchurch City Council, suppliers that have been so very good to us, and more sponsors and funders that I have my fingers and toes crossed that they say yes soon, we only have a part of that left to raise. If we happen to raise additional funds, we'll be able to do a better job of the project and rely on fewer volunteers to do things like get to the site at 7am each day to take over from the security guard, and maybe we can afford an extra dressing room?!

The leadership for the project are 100% volunteer no matter what, so your donation will be stretched a very long way.
