Heavenly Creatures Productions Startup Fund

We’re Heavenly Creatures Productions, a new collective of creatives specialising in captivating live events and mesmerising stage shows.

Our aim is to bring more high quality art experiences to kiwis and support the careers of our resident performance artists plus other creatives in different sectors that we will collaborate with on our various projects.

We're running a boosted campaign with the goal to help to hit the ground running following our next project instead of breaking even & starting from square one again next time.

Our next project is called Hotel California. It’s a tribute to the classic rock music we grew up on but blended with circus, cabaret and dance in an intimate stage show format. All our projects will feature performance art as our creative director is an aerialist, pole dancer and burlesque artist herself and this particular one is no exception, in fact it's rather dear to her heart. It's an exciting brief for our resident performers and a treat for the eyes and ears of our audience - you. 

Something that is very important to us at HCP HQ is to support ongoing and sustainable careers for all the artists we work with so they can use their talents full time rather than just as a side hustle or passion project. 

The funds we hope to raise from this campaign will cover production costs for this show which include fair pay for all our artists and production staff as well as covering our venue costs. Having these costs covered by your support will mean any money made from the ticket profits of this show will go straight back into future projects and increase the pay of our artists. This will enable us to meet our above outlined goals of bringing you more glorious art focused events and also supporting our artists careers.

Our work needs to be experienced because with it we are doing so much good. Live entertainment is something special but also something that is lacking in Tamaki Makaurau. By doing the work we are doing were changing that & also giving local artists the chance to showcase their incredible talents. It’s a win win.

We think you should back us because by donating to our cause you're helping yourself to experience more great art, you’re helping multiple artists to effectively share their art with you and you’re being a great person who sees someone asking for help and is lending their hand- or in this case a few $$.
