Get Ellis Carrington to New Zealand Singing School

Hello my name is Ellis Carrington, I'm a young and bubbly performer based in Wellington, studying Classical Voice.

I'm originally from the UK and have been in New Zealand since I was 7, growing up in Rotorua with my 3 younger sisters. We are a family of performers and are all involved in the arts in some way!

I have been in numerous school productions, local musical theatre shows and several outdoor Shakespeare plays whilst living in Rotorua. I am also well known around town for my performances for local charities and service clubs, to help them raise money for local and New Zealand projects for those in need.

I have wanted to be an opera singer since I was about 12 years old. I'm on my way there, and I'd love your help in getting me to the 2019 NZ Singing School.

The New Zealand Singing School: Te W?nanga Toi Waiata is an 11-day intensive and life-changing vocal experience for those looking to accelerate their skills and confidence in singing and performance.

Designed for students in both classical music and musical theatre, the New Zealand Singing School has the only programme that uses "crossover" techniques to create versatile performers while maintaining the discipline of both.
