Book Artist takes One Small Drop to New Zealand Book Fair

I am taking a book I have written,  produced and published to the Frankfurt book fair in October to pitch to the worlds publishers. I have become an independent publisher in order to go and play in their playground.

One Small Drop is told not only in words, but in the unique design, as a result, the story is told on many levels. I have used my skills as a book artist to produce a book that can be mass produced but still retains a 'handmade' look to it, which is very timely as the new concept for the Frankfurt book fair this year is: handmade.

This is my 50th birthday year and my challenge to myself as an artist to stretch the boundaries of my creativity, experiences, encourage New Zealand networking with other publishers and book artists.  As always, I intend to record and share my adventures and new found knowledge with the creative sector.
