Dirtbag Awards Get Good

The Annual Dirtbag Music Awards for Bands That Aren't Shit is back for the 3rd year in a row!

This year we want to be more inclusive and creative so we can deliver the best possible awards night on December 9! In order to do that, we need some help!

We have chosen to open up the categories to include other genres and other areas of New Zealand which inevitably means we have more cost. We need help to provide our artists with their awards no matter where they live, pay our artists who perform on the evening of the awards show, provide free door entry so people can attend no matter how dirtbag their bank account might be and provide cheap beer, live-to-air coverage on 95bFM and tasty treats at the awards ceremony. (It would also help to cover all those standard costs including advertising, venue hire and survey set up.)

Please help our little radio show grow this event into something bigger and better - something that acknowledges all the good in out scene with a giant green middle finger to the commercial.
