Countdown Mountain

Countdown Mountain is a show running from 17 February to 3 April 2022, at the Pah Homestead in Tāmaki Makaurau.

The work has been created over the 'lost year' of 2021. In it, I explore sprawling Tāmaki Makaurau, subjecting it to somewhat unorthodox interpretations.

The project has three strands: a series of short video monologues (screening in the Pah's AV gallery), a live performance (also at the Pah), and a colour photo book, available for sale at the show.

I'm seeking support to tie these strands together through visual design. This will be a collaboration with Markus Hofko, a wonderful graphic artist, who has brought brilliant ideas and presentational flair to several previous projects of mine.

The funding raised with your support will go towards designing and printing this photo book, creating titles for each of the clips, and adding a graphics to material that will be used in the performance.
