The Auckland Arts Comeback
Is matching up to $2,000
Overview
Christmas is Coming is a story of tenacity, smart arseness and finding your turangawaewae.
At Harmonious Events, we are honoured to have been selected for a $ for $ match grant from Auckland Council as part of The Auckland Arts Comeback. This means every dollar donated by our crowd up to $2000, will be doubled by The Auckland Arts Comeback.
About the show.
Christmas is Coming is a one man play, that follows the misfortunes of Graham Delaware, a struggling musician whose life falls apart on him on Christmas eve. Through some tenacious quick thinking, foolish choices and ridiculous physical comedy, Graham attempts to put his life back together in this hilarious journey from boy to boyish man.
We need your help to make it happen.
We are raising funds to cover production costs, staffing, venue costs and to pay our performers, so that we can produce the work with a pay-what-you-can ticketing model.
With this, we want to encourage Auckland audiences to return to live theatre. Your contribution will help to reinstate performing arts and live theatre in the rich tapestry of Auckland's cultural life.
We appreciate your support and donations to produce this Kiwi as professional theatre work.
Thank you.
