BLACK GRACE at home but LIVE on Boosted
Black Grace | Dance
The Project
Aotearoa’s internationally renowned Pacific Contemporary dance company, Black Grace is dancing…at home. Join the Company as they present four works in lockdown. Guided by the group's founding artistic director and choreographer, Arts Foundation Laureate Neil Ieremia, this video compilation is an unexpected celebration of the human spirit - in kitchens, living rooms, screens and porches. If you need some therapy on what lockdown has been like for us all – join us.
All proceeds raised from launching these videos live on Boosted on Saturday night at 7pm will go directly to the Arts Foundation Future Fund – effectively enabling more artists to keep making the art, and receiving donations for it, during this crazy time. Duration of VIRTUAL VERSES is just under 10 minutes.
