Auckward Love - The Web Series

• An extra shoot day (if we are super lucky)! 

Auckward Love is a web-series that takes a light and comedic look at something that all of us experience in our life-time - finding love. By focusing on the unique and awkward aspects of this world, our audience laughs away the truth that is so often present as we seek love.

We set out to make a series that candidly and enjoyably shared a slice of life as a mainstream New Zealand female and in doing so we are now an award winning team being celebrated as a fresh and much-awaited voice in film and TV.

As you saw in our video, Auckward Love Season 1 is doing great things in the public eye and in order to continue to tell this unique and exciting story in a second series, we would love your support!

The Funds
We have already raised some of our much needed funding from generous support from individuals and organisations but we still need to secure vital crew and equipment to increase our production capabilites to tell the best story possible. This includes:

- Camera and lighting equipment rental (Camera, lens adaptor, lighting & stands, dolly, drone) - $5,450.00

- Professional sound mixer/recordist - $3,750.00

- Payment for additional support crew (boom operator, lighting assistant) - $4,050.00

- Print and online publicity - $990.00

- Locations Koha/offering - $750.00

- Petrol vouchers for locations travel - $460.00

The Future
With Auckward Love very quickly making its mark in New Zealand and abroad, we have a desire to continue to create great New Zealand content that speaks honestly about our generation and the ones to come. Auckward Love is already and will continue to be an incredible stepping stone for us in the industry, as we propel ourselves forward with greater work, starting with season 2 - launching in September 2016!
