Are you on for Ron

The Project
The Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna O Waiwhetu faced massive budget cuts after the earthquakes. The Gallery now needs our help.
This year, the Gallery needs $1 million to commission a Ron Mueck sculpture. You might remember Mueck's 2010/2011 exhibition and his astoundingly realistic and emotional sculptures. The exhibition drew record crowds (the size of a third of Christchurch!) and was the last show before the Gallery's five-year closure.
Let's help the Gallery secure a Mueck for their permanent collection and bring those crowds back!
The Gallery's official fundraising campaign kicks off in October, but you have a unique opportunity to donate early. Your donations will be publicly acknowledged by the Gallery and will hopefully inspire others to come TOGETHER to leave a legacy for future generations to enjoy.
The goal is ambitious: to raise at least $5000. Please invite your friends and family to join in the movement and donate. For the money to be donated we have to reach the goal - it's all or nothing!
TOGETHER we can help: Mo tatou a mo ka uri a muri ake nei. For us, and our children after us.
Thank you
