Animal Guilt

Greetings! My name is Scott and I am a musician. In my 25+ years of this vocation, I have been a drummer, singer, guitarist, keyboardist, composer and songwriter. I have played with many New Zealand and New Zealand bands (Tool, The Melvins, Shihad, The Finn Bros etc), recorded in the top studios, and toured the country many times. I have also played shows in the USA through the South by Southwest music festival.

But I am still a broke kiwi muso.

I have joined Boosted as I have a self-produced 7-song EP that I wish to release and promote. It's a big deal for me as I'm something of a late-bloomer when it comes to getting my own material out there. I've been part of a team or behind the scenes on many great NZ music projects but only recently have I relied solely on myself.

The overall cost will be around $2000.

The EP is called 'Animal Guilt' and it has been recorded in 3 different bedrooms over the last couple of years. The songs are deeply personal and are about such things as my formative years growing up in Blenheim, the complicated and sad man who was my father, and the usual dose of religion, politics and alcohol.
