All in for Tāmaki – The Collective Fund

April on Boosted is the month of The Auckland Arts Comeback! 

DONATE TO THIS COLLECTIVE FUND, AND WE WILL SHARE YOUR DONATION OUT TO ALL AUCKLAND CREATIVES, LIVE ON BOOSTED IN APRIL. 

This month, Boosted and Auckland Council are putting the spotlight on the creative innovation that has been brewing in our biggest metropolis, following over 100 days in lockdown last year. The Auckland Arts Comeback offers creatives in Tāmaki a beacon of hope, and everyday New Zealanders the chance to show that the arts matter to us, especially in tough times.

25 incredible creatives from around Tāmaki Makaurau are live and funding on Boosted right now – and we know it's impossible to choose who to support! 

So, we're making it easy for you. This "All In for Tāmaki Collective Fund" will be live from 1 April until 11:59PM on Anzac Day. All donations made to this fund will be shared out to all Auckland creatives who are live on Boosted on Wedndesday, 27 April.

What is The Auckland Arts Comeback?

Auckland Council has established a $50,000 match fund for Tāmaki Makaurau creatives, artists, collectives and arts organisations to launch new projects through Boosted. This gives creatives the immediate opportunity to fund their mahi and to learn valuable marketing and crowdfunding skills, while connecting with their community of supporters.

Twenty five Tāmaki creatives have been granted a $2,000 match fund for their project, which will match donations from their crowd dollar-for-dollar on their Boosted crowdfunding campaign. This means, the crowd’s donations double in real time, increasing the chances of getting fully funded to 95%. To unlock this match fund, creatives will have to meet their crowdfunding target successfully.

All 25 campaigns are rallying for support in the month of April.

*NOTE: Unlike other donations on boosted.org.nz, donations to "All in for Tāmaki – The Collective Fund", will not be refunded if an individual project is unsuccessful in meeting its target. If a Boosted campaign, which received a share of the donations collected in this fund, does not meet its funding target, then its share of the fund will be transferred to the Auckland-based crowdfunding campagin on Boosted that is due to close next.
