A Love Letter To My Sister

Overview
Kia ora koutou. I need your help.
Since the beginning of this year I have been working on a podcast series called a love letter to my sister. Which follows my journey of unpacking and understanding eating disorders. The way I should have done three years ago when my sister Vita Bella developed an Eating Disorder. At the time I didn’t know what to think, how to act or how to best love her through this. But as I’ve come to realise eating disorders are all around us whether it be our ourselves, sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers or friends. Which makes the understanding of this illness and our ability to love those with one through it, that much greater.
So far this podcast has been completely self funded. But now as I approach the it’s release, I recognise that it is deserving of skills and resources that exist outside of me.. From design, videography, photography, marketing to equipment and spaces. This is where I need your help, to help me fund this. To help me write the last paragraph of A Love Letter To My Sister podcast series.
I’m hoping you can help me. So that we can honour the stories that have been shared and the experience that has been lived.
WHY 'A Love Letter To My Sister' NEEDS YOU!
Over the course of the year I have managed to self fund this project.
But now as I approach the releasing of A Love Letter to My Sister into the world, I recognise the importance of collaboration - which I am needing koha to put towards.
Collaboration in the form of videography, photography, design and equipment. All of which helps to elevate the telling and accessibility of this story. The funding would also be used to support the paid marketing of this podcast. As it is important that this story is able to reach people beyond my current network, due to the universal theme of eating disorders.
