Recognising Exceptional Artistry in Aotearoa

Since 2000, The Arts Foundation Te Tumu Toi have been unapologetically backing New Zealand’s most outstanding artists – with financial gifts, mentorship and national recognition. We do this by awarding them Aotearoa New Zealand’s most prestigious arts awards – ultimately growing a remarkable alumni of artists from across disciplines and generations.

Winning the Icon Award is a profound honour. It acknowledges my work and fuels my passion for contributing to New Zealand’s artistic landscape. I'm deeply grateful for this recognition and continuous support.”
