As a business, arts and cross-cultural exchange professional, Rachel has extensive business, arts and governance experience in New Zealand and internationally. She is the Co-Chair of the China and New Zealand Business Council, President of Multicultural Council of Wellington, Vice President of NZ China International Trade Association, Trustee of Auckland Festival of Photography, CEO of Pacific Culture and Arts Exchange Centre and the NZ China Film Festival. She has over 10 years board level experience across public, private, not-for profit and community sectors. Rachel is an arts advocate and the organiser of many arts and cultural events. She is passionate about promoting art and creativity via art exhibition, events, workshops and exchange programmes within the Asian community and wider society in Aotearoa New Zealand.
