For the last 15 years, Jo has been establishing movements around big ideas. She specialises in building communities around great causes, events and projects. In 2015 she founded social change agency Brown Bread, who specialise in partnering with arts organisations to rally supporters. Recently she has helped build giving communities for Christchurch Art Gallery, Objectspace, and Māia Health Foundation.
